Custom Formula

Dosage for tinctures varies greatly based on what you are using it for.  Usually the more severe the condition, the higher the required dose.   If you’re not sure how much to use, check with me.  Herbalists are trained to establish correct dosages based on what is in the formula, what it’s purpose is, and who is using it – so please just ask!

As a general rule, 1-2 tsp. of tincture in hot water is a single dose, and many formula are taken once or twice per day.

5 ml tid (1 teaspoon, 3 times per day)

7.5 ml bid (1.5 teaspoons, 2 times per day)
