Book a consultation

The initial consultation consists of an interview and review of bodily systems, including present complaint, relevant symptoms, signs, family and medical history.  It may include physical examinations where necessary.  Herbal, diet and lifestyle recommendations are provided, as well as any prescribed herbal preparations (tinctures, teas, salves, etc).   An intake checklist and informed consent form is required listing all medications/supplements and relevant medical history.   All consultations are fully confidential and private.  Included in the initial booking is a free follow up call/email to answer any questions and to gauge compliance. (30 mins)
Please note the cost of any herbal products is in addition to the initial consultation fee of CAD$120 (90 mins).
