Traditional Uses

A tonic for the liver; promotes the regeneration of diseased liver cells and protects against toxic exposure (alcohol, drugs, dietary abuse). Indicated for any chronic liver disease, especially those resulting from oxidative and inflammatory injury – such as fibrosis, and hepatitis. Aids in gall bladder problems; increase the production of milk in breastfeeding mothers. Useful in the treatment and prevention of cardiovascular disease and in the management of diabetes. ^2.
