INITIAL CONSULTATION (60 – 90 minutes) New clients welcome

The initial consultation consists of a in-depth interview and review of bodily systems, including presenting complaint, relevant symptoms, signs, family and medical history.  It may include physical examinations where necessary.  Herbal, diet and lifestyle recommendations are provided in an email follow up, as well as any prescribed herbal medicines (tinctures, teas, salves, etc).   An intake checklist and informed consent form is required listing all medications/supplements and any relevant medical history.  Supplements and dietary advice may also be included, and all consultations are fully confidential and private.
Please note the cost of any herbal products is in addition to the consultation fee of CAD$120.

FOLLOW UP CONSULTATION (30 – 60 minutes)

A 30-60 minute follow is for continuing visits and care.  If you would like to review your herbal formula or discuss something new or changed, an hour gives us a chance to dive deeper and get to the root of the problem.   Gain insight on your health by sharing your experiences, ask any questions you may have as you progress toward your therapeutic goal.   Bi-weekly or monthly follow ups are very helpful in improving overall health and wellbeing on many levels, and a critical part of the healing journey.
