Super rich in volatile oils, this plant works well as an essential oil for achy joints and muscles 💪 but I’ll be making a tincture with it to use for UTI’s and to regulate blood sugar. Come and try a cup of freshly harvested Raspberry Leaf tea with a few additions to make it full of flavour and oh so yummy 😋 Raspberry Leaf is an astringent plant, so it has a similar flavour to black tea and I use it in a lot of my herbal tea blends as a basic ingredient. 🫖 🙏 🍵

FYI making an herbal cream is harder than it looks! I was challenged by a client to make a cream for mastitis using some of my medicinal tinctures. 😯 Three solid attempts with small changes in timing, warming, careful blending and measuring ingredients I successfully blended an emulsified product! 😅 Now that I have the technique I’m excited to make more - creams absorb into the skin better than salves, so they work well on deeper problems. My skin feels amazing and super hydrated! #hydrosols #herbalcream #smellsgoodenoughtoeat #mastitis #breastcream #inharmonywithnature
